I always want you to leave our workouts feeling better than when you joined. Any knucklehead personal trainer can cripple you with a workout, but a truly skilled trainer gives you the right amount to make you better. However, I'm going to need your help to make that happen: I'll ask you to develop new levels of physical self-awareness to partner with me in leading you forward.
